Cranberry Gin Fizz (and Merry Christmas!)

cranberry gin fizz cocktailsMerry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all my readers (and visitors who happen to be stopping by)!

This will be a short post, as I (like most of you I’m sure) have lots of things to get done today, but I wanted to share this one last holiday recipe with you! If you’re still looking for cocktail ideas for the holidays, this drink has everything you need: festive cranberries, sparkling fizz, red and green colours, and it’s easy to prepare but elegant enough to serve to guests. Even if you don’t get around to making this over the holidays, it’s still a great drink that could be enjoyed throughout the rest of the winter!

I’ll be making these cocktails tonight for my family to enjoy over what’s sure to be a lively and hilarious game of Christmas Eve Cranium. I’m also going to make these delicious Italian stuffed mushrooms with goat cheese, and if I have time, these amazing-looking artichoke stuffed baked potato bites. My sisters and parents will be making tons of other delicious appetizers for our Christmas Eve party, then tomorrow I get to look forward to my mom’s famous overnight blueberry stuffed french toast for breakfast, followed later on by an amazing feast with all my family. I can’t wait for all the food, fun, and festivities that await, and I hope all of you have as much to look forward to as I do, and that you have a very merry Christmas!!
